A 20th century German open well wall clock. 8-day spring driven time and strike movement, dial with porcelain chapter ring and Roman numerals, embossed Brass dial center and pendulum, serial #195489. Contemporary Walnut case with extensive cast Brass decoration features an arched crest with scrolled Brass finial and molded cornice over a dial door with circular glass flanked by turned pilasters above an open well with turned columns and shaped gallery over a shaped lower drop with Brass detail. Original finish with slight wear, running when cataloged. 39" high overall. ESTIMATE $600-800
