French Slate & Marble Mantle Clock: the 8 day time with half hour gong striking movement is marked Made in France and numbered 6480. The dial with visible escapement is 5 1/2″ wide. The case’s back has black marble highlights. The 2 tube pendulum is filled with live mercury. WE CANNOT SHIP IT.
(Time of strike is off. The slate has corner and edge chips, nothing extreme.)

French Slate & Marble Mantle Clock: the 8 day time with half hour bell striking movement is numbered 343. It has a 5 1/2″ porcelain dial with visible escapement. The outer ring is fine. The case has heavy beveled glass over the dial and in front of the pendulum.
(The interior piece has several short hairlines. the back access door to the pendulum is missing. The case has some scattered edge chips. The time of strike is reversed, it strikes the half hour at the hour marker and so on.)
