French Japy Frères Scenic Mantel Clock: With a T&S movement marked “Japy Frères” and numbered “15639”; a porcelain dial with bubble Roman Numerals and a blue and gold butterfly center. In a metal case with 4-toe pawed feet; a scroll and laurel garland and a painted porcelain scenic panel with a country stream on it.

(The clock is not running or chiming at this time. The hammer wants to strike but it is in the wrong position to do so. There is no pendulum or key with the clock.)

The pendulum and key are with the clock. The gilt brass case has porcelain panels decorated with various scenes of cherubs, musicians, angels, dignitary heads and animals. The side candelabras have related scenes in matching colors. (The clock is not running.) Sells as is, where is.
