Circa 1875 French Unsigned 8 Day Mantel Clock with 5″ Original fancy silvered brass dial, Spring driven square gong striking brass movement, An unusual well detailed bracket clock with high quality chased pierce work and cast silvered brass fittings. Well appointed ebonized case. Fair condition, lacking a few small pieces of molding, silvered surfaces very dark, movement needs repair. Overall in need of a good cleaning. A proper restoration would really do this clock wonders. 18.5″H x 9″W x 6.5″D
