French Animated Locomotive Industrial Clock. Excellent bronze case in the form of a steam locomotive on a black marble base with rails, has a stick thermometer on the front of the funnel and large 3 in. paper dial compass in the top, aneroid barometer with 2.5 in. silvered dial mounted in the boiler and timepiece mounted on the side of the cab; wheels are animated by an independent spring driven movement mounted under the train, has cow catcher in the front. Timepiece has a 3.5 in. silvered dial with black hour numbers, brass door bezel with beveled crystal, round brass 8 day spring driven movement has a platform lever escapement and half hour strike on a bell; running, clock strikes, animated mechanism is functional. 16.5 in. high x 20 in. wide x 9 in. deep. Weight: 31.25 lbs.
French Industrial Animated Torpedo Clock. The silvered torpedo shaped case with gilt brass trimmings, 2.5 in. silvered dial with black Roman numerals, has black open club hands, brass time only movement with platform lever escapement in good working condition; a separate movement runs the propeller in the back, has a broken spring. The green onyx base has brass hangers with pulleys holding the torpedo, also mounted on the base is a compass and barometer; has some repair to the onyx, a very nice, rare clock. 14 in. high x 17 in. wide x 7 in. deep.

French Industrial Steam Clock & Barometer. A large central cylinder and piston with a vertical connecting rod powers the flywheel with a centrifugal governor assembly. The cylinder has two large fireboxes on either side mounted with boilers with all attendant pressure lines and tubing leading to the cylinder. Clock movement is located above the left firebox, has black Roman hour numerals and open moon hands; there is a barometer over the right firebox and a thermometer behind the cylinder. The automation is driven by a separate spring motor housed in the base, powering the flywheel. Featuring original gilt and deep brown patina throughout on a rouge marble base, Circa 1890. 18.5 in. high x 14 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep.

French Industrial Figural Swinger Clock. Large standing industrial figure of a French blacksmith standing beside an anvil, he holds a hammer in one hand and the other hand holds up the clock pendulum; the white metal figure has a nice brown finish and is signed Ch. (Charles) Ruchot. The gridiron pendulum is 27.5 in. long, the spring driven 8 day movement is contained within the silvered tub top of the pendulum behind the 4 in. porcelain dial; movement signed with Guilmet (GLT) mark and numbered 9361. In good condition with no breaks or repairs, 37 in. high.
