Popular in the 1870s, the French industrial clocks were both mechanically clever and meticulously made. This lighthouse clock stands 22″, making it a larger model. When running the model Fresno light atop the structure oscillates on the half seconds, acting as the pendulum of the clock which displays the time below. The cast brass components are silvered, gilt, and sometimes patinated.
