French Figural Crystal Regulator. 3.25 in. porcelain dial signed ÂTheodore B. StarrÂ has blue Roman hour numerals with floral garland, fancy pierced center and brass bezel; French brass 8 day spring driven movement with half hour strike on a coiled gong, pin pallet escapement and fancy brass 2 jar faux mercurial pendulum. In a brass case with dome top, spelter finials, and figural side supports, curved beveled glass on the front, rear and sides; has a worn gilt finish. Missing rear leg, striking, not running. 16.5 in. high x 10.5 in. wide x 8.5 in. deep. Weight: 18.5 lbs.

In a typical brass crystal regulator case with beveled glasses on 4 sides (one with chips); the top of the case is mounted with a terrestrial globe on a brass stand, has an annular chapter ring along the equator and indicator drops down from Paris, France, the globe is signed G. French Champleve Crystal Regulator, Circa 1920, 3 1/2″ hand painted enamel dial with blue markers and floral wreath and rhinestone bezel, 8-day, round brass movement, French four glass crystal regulator, a very pretty clock — even with its hurts it’s still attractive, overall good condition with minor damage to champleve near corners, two small hairlines on dial near 6. Height 10 1/2″.
