The clock has the pendulum and key with it. The metal statue is of a lady holding flowers on an alabaster and metal base. (The clock is not running. The back door is missing. The dial is fractured at the 9.) Sells as is, where is.

There is an alabaster brick style well with a cherub in it and a lady standing beside it. She looks as if she was trying to dump something in the well but her hands are empty. (This clock does not need a pendulum to run. The clock acts like it wants to keep on running but it cannot – always stops in a short time.) Sells as is, where is.
