Federal Tall Clock in a Roxbury Style Case. Lg. painted iron dial has a 13 in. chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals, sub seconds dial, fancy pierced black hands, floral corner spandrels and moon phase dial, dial back is signed Walker & Finnemore (Birmingham, early 19th century); brass weight driven movement has iron weights with brass pulleys, brass covered pendulum bob hanging from a steel rod (suspension spring broken) and has an hour drop hammer strike on an iron bell. In a mahogany case with pierced crest, spun brass finials, fluted turned columns on the bonnet, fluted quarter columns with brass capitols on the corners of the body with inlaid panels and borders on the door and base. Refinished, base has some looseness and a vertical split in the front panel, repair to crest. 98 in. high x 20 in. wide x 9.5 in. deep.

A mahogany inlay fine Federal tall case clock dating to circa 1790- 1820.With a large tympanum having scrolls rising to inlay rosettes aside a brass eagle finial. A fine mahogany and inlay Federal tall case clock with an eight day bell strike clockworks. Probably New York or New Jersey, ca 1790-1810. Height is 91″.

The scrolled pediment above a silvered dial indicating six tunes, the case door and base with figured maple banding, raised on splayed bracket feet. Height 7 feet 7 1/4 inches, width 20 1/2 inches, depth 11 inches.

Fine early 1900 Federal Revival tall clock, Bigelow Kennard & Co., Boston, heavy brass movement stamped Bigelow Kennard & Co., patent applied for 134, four tube Westminster chime, coil strike, silvered and brass dial with moon dial, fine mahogany case, molded and fret carved frieze panel, fluted pilasters on hood and quarter columns on waist, inlaid glass door, oval and rectangular inlay panels and base, 8′ t 14″d 20″w. Good original finish/condition.
