Farcot mantle clock has a porcelain dial with black Roman hour numerals and an open center to view the partial clock movement. Brass 8 day spring driven movement has a Farcot patent swinger escapement with double escape wheel; movement is signed, “Farcot Bte S.G.D.G A Paris.” Gilt metal case has a porcelain insert in the cartouche shield, scrolling supports legs, and cherub figures on the sides and top with a seated woman in the center swinging front to back acting as the pendulum. In good overall condition with cracking to the dial, movement runs. Dimensions: 15.5 in. high x 15 in. wide x 6 in. deep. Weight: 11.35 lbs.

Farcot French Swinger Mantle Clock w/ Dome. 3.25 in. porcelain dial has black Roman hour numerals on white panels with a blue background, floral decorated center and gilt hands. Brass 8 day spring driven movement has a Farcot patent swinger escapement with double escape wheel and rocking half-moon pallet; has a half hour bell strike and dial is signed Farcot A Paris. Gilt metal case has porcelain inserts in the urn & flame finial, 4 support columns and seated putti figures in the sides with a seated putti in the center swinging front to back acting as the pendulum. On an ebonized wood base with original glass dome, in excellent condition. Clock measures 16.5 in. high x 10.5 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

French Figural Mystery Swinger Clock. Standing cast metal figure of a woman wearing lose robes blowing in the breeze, holds a set of dividers in her right hand and holds the pendulum up in her left, the pendulum has a long brass rod with beveled glass bob, gilt finish and is numbered on the bottom Â1790Â; she stands on a gilt brass platform signed ÂPH. Mourey and matching number 1790, as the movement runs it swivels the platform and figure slightly clockwise then counter clockwise swinging the pendulum which regulates the clock. 4 in. white onyx dial has applied pierced brass Roman hour numerals, gilt spade hands and a gilt brass bezel; round French brass 8 day spring driven movement is signed ÂGLT (Guilmet) and numbered 1647, has a half hour count wheel strike on a single bell. Fluted plinth style white onyx case with gilt metal ribbon, corbel, shield mounts & feet, stands on a gilt carved wood platform base. In good running condition, no breaks, chips or repairs to the onyx. 25.5. in. high.

White marble base has figural gilt brass musical putti on either side of the clock tower, 2 in. porcelain dial has black Arabic hour numbers, pierced gilt hands and signed Farcot, Paris, France; French brass spring driven time only movement has a lever escapement with balance wheel, signed Farcot and numbered 653. Case is in good condition, the clock is not running, the movementÂs main spring does not hold power. 6.5 in. high x 7 in. wide x 3.75 in. deep.

French round brass 8 day spring driven movement signed ÂI.P. Japy & Cie and with Farcot trade mark, has an half hour strike on a bell. Clock is in good condition with no breaks or hairlines in the case. 22 in. high x 11 in. wide.
