Kroeber Swiss Regulator No. 25. An 11 in. convex porcelain dial with black Roman hour numerals, open moon hands, sweep seconds hand and a fancy 2 in. gilt brass bezel; typical 8 day jewelers movement has pinwheel escapement, maintaining power, silvered escape levers and crutch, iron box frame with dust covers, brass weight and long brass gridiron pendulum with large brass covered bob. In a wonderful carved walnut floor standing case, crest has a shell top over a maiden’s head, filigree and turned mounts, pendant corbels at the top and bottom of the door with burled panels and Shakespeare heads, glass front door panel with glass paneled sides and base with burled center panel. Case has a good enhanced original finish, a very nice clock in good condition. 106 in. high x 30 in. wide x 13 in. deep.
