Marque Depose Mantel Clock – Onyx with Hermes: The Marque mark includes an “M” in a wreath, with Depose and No. 2184 nearby. It has a bell strike with 1/2 hour strike movement. The green onyx case is topped with a spelter figure of Hermes.
The clock does run and strike.

Description: Antique French Marque Depose Hermes Statue Clock: T & S with a decorated porcelain dial. The bell strike movement is signed “M” in a wreath (Marque Depose) and numbered 2184. The statue is a spelter Hermes that sits on a green onyx base. We believe that Marque Depose is a mark of Japy Freres. (The Hermes statue has been repainted.
