Welch No. 5 Wall Regulator. 10 in. painted metal dial has black Roman hour numerals, fancy pierced and blued hands, dial has some minor inpainting; has an early model 8 day double weight driven time only movement with deadbeat escapement, maintaining power, quality brass side weights, wood pulleys, long drop pendulum with gilt stick and brass covered bob. In a walnut case with side glasses having gilt trim, arched crest with rosette in the center, turned side finials over turned finials and columns along the corners of the case and teardrop finials at the bottom. In good condition and original finish. 52 in. high x 29 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep.
