Welch No. 7 Regulator Wall Clock. Also known as the hanging Patti. Has an 8 in. painted metal dial with brass bezel, black Roman hour numerals, blued hour & minute hand, sweep seconds hand; brass 8 day single weight driven time only movement with maintaining power, iron mounting bracket, brass pulley, brass covered weight & pendulum bob, silvered wood stick, & iron beat indicator signed Welch, Spring & Co. The walnut case has a regulator form with classic Patti style finials, teardrop finials, arched crest, corner columns and mounted rosettes; extra holes in dial pan, finials are cut down, 3 replaced finials and the ball at the bottom of the lower center finial is missing, second hand is repaired, minute & hour hands are rusted, dial numerals are repainted, split in the case frame at the lower hinge, original finish. 45 in. high x 17.5 in. wide x 8 in. deep.
