Boston” with black Roman hour numerals. 8 day time only movement with dead-beat escapement, maintaining power and Geneva stop, iron weight and single jar Sandwich glass pendulum with looking glass behind. Walnut case is in very good refinished condition. Pendulum stick has a repair at the top. Dimensions: 59 in. high x 18.75 in. wide x 6 in. deep. Weight: 84.50 lbs.

Howard & Co., Boston” has an ebonized wood pendulum stick with brass covered bob and solid brass pulley with No. 70 iron weight . In a walnut No. 70 wall hanging case with original reverse painted and gold leaf lower tablet. Refinished, replaced pulley, repaired weight damage at the base, minor touchup paint around dial holes; running. 32″ high x 15.5″ wide x 4.75″ deep. Weight: 21.5 lbs.

In a walnut, figure eight case with carved crests, reverse painted throat and lower glasses and black painted weight baffle. Case is refinished, glasses are repainted and the dial has inpainting and a varnished overcoat. 50 in. high x 17 in. wide x 6 in. deep.

Deadbeat escapement, maintaining power, Geneva stop, full length gilt wood pendulum stick with brass covered bob, original No. 1 weight, red painted weight baffle (replaced) with lockdown hardware. Walnut case has an original finish with an old overcoat, round bezel and long reverse painted door tablet which is replaced. 56 in. long.

Howard & Co., BostonÂ, wood pendulum stick with brass covered bob, original No. 70 iron weight and brass pulley. In a carved mahogany case with turned finials over a carved trim piece, leaf carved spandrels on the corners of the upper door, square teardrop finial, corbels and floral carved border in the drop section with original reverse painted red, black & gilt tablet. In good overall condition, case has some damage to the lower bracket from the weight falling, has an enhanced original medium red-brown finish with very small spot touchups in the tablet. 34 in. high x 15 in. wide x 5.5. in. deep.
