Chelsea Wall Clock. 8 in. silvered dial with black incised Arabic hour numbers and black open moon hands, dial signed Chelsea Clock Co. Boston U.S.A. Ships Bell. Quality brass movement signed Chelsea Clock Co. Boston and numbered 20963; rack and snail strike mechanism, with half hour strike on a single coiled gong, in good running condition. In a typical forged brass Chelsea case has a hinged brass bezel with door glass; case is numbered 109236. Case number and movement number do not match, not a ships bell strike. 10.5 in. dia.
