Painted wood dial has an 8 in. chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals, open center exposes the escapement, pierced black hands (repaired minute hand); brass weight driven movement, signed Â Chauncey Jerome, New Haven, Conn. U.S.A., count wheel strike mechanism with coiled gong, brass covered pendulum bob, iron weights & wood pulleys in the top. Mahogany case has a chamfered cornice, grain painted half columns, reverse frosted tablet and lower door glass; Chauncey Jerome paper label in the back of the case. 27 in. high x 16 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

A mid 19th century Double decker shelf clock by Chauncey Jerome, Bristol, Conn. 30-hour weight driven time and strike Brass movement with painted wooden dial. Mahogany case with molded crown, upper door with etched lower glass flanked by turned half columns above a lower door with etched glass . Old finish with some wear, minor veneer damage, crack and small chip in lower glass. Running when cataloged. 28 1/2″ high.

Barns Bartholomew & Co. Triple Decker Clock: Painted wooden dial, T & S, middle glass has a fruit basket painted on it; the lower door has a mirror. Has fully carved columns, crest and feet. There is a good interior label; has key, pendulum and weight.

Not tested.

(There is a small amount of case damage on the lower edge and door.)

(Lower door glass is cracked. Column tops and bottoms show some damage and wear. The back of the clock is split.)
