Painted wood dial has an 8 in. chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals, open center exposes the escapement, pierced black hands (repaired minute hand); brass weight driven movement, signed  Chauncey Jerome, New Haven, Conn. U.S.A., count wheel strike mechanism with coiled gong, brass covered pendulum bob, iron weights & wood pulleys in the top. Mahogany case has a chamfered cornice, grain painted half columns, reverse frosted tablet and lower door glass; Chauncey Jerome paper label in the back of the case. 27 in. high x 16 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

USA, movement sits on an iron bracket; has count wheel strike mechanism, coiled gong, and turned wood fusee barrels, original Chauncey Jerome paper label in the back of the case. Mahogany steeple case with conical finials, original floral reverse painted lower tablet with black background, case is in very good condition; fusee Âstrings are detached. 20 in high x 10 in. wide x 4 in. deep.

In a mahogany steeple style case with conical turned finials and reverse painted tablet with lyre and border; paper label in the back of the case for Chauncey Jerome. Case is refinished, tablet paint is worn and faded, and strike mechanism is not working. 19.5 in. high x 10 in. wide x 4.25 in. deep.
