Burr & Chittenden Wood Works Shelf Clock: with half pillars. From Lexington, Mass. Circa 1830. the mahogany case has floral stencils.

(No weights or strings. The dial fits but has a hole at number 7 that lines up with nothing. No feet. Buy this as a fixer upper.)

A 19th century Burr & Chittenden shelf clock. 30 hr time and strike weight driven wooden movement with painted wooden dial. Mahogany case with shaped stenciled crown above a single door with clear upper and reverse painted lower glasses, flanked by stenciled half columns. Older finish in fair condition, restored crown, replaced lower glass, paint loss to dial, some veneer loss. 35″ high.

Burr & Chittenden Mahogany Looking Glass Shelf Clock, Lexington, Mass, with very uncommon groaner movement. Wooden works, stenciling at top and columns, full mirrored door, has nice beehive stenciling at top and bottom of columns, nice original weights and pendulum, keys, original dial with American sheild painted in all for corners in gold gilt, open diamond hands, striking bell at top of case.

Austin Chittenden Wood Works Column Clock: With 30 hour wooden works; an unmarked wooden/paper dial; a fairly good interior label; the weights and the pendulum. The case has stenciled columns and headboard.

Not tested.

(The head board has been replaced. The splats may have been redone. The top right capper is missing. The top door hinge needs to be re-attached to the door.)
