Brewster & Ingraham Steeple Clock w. Alarm. 5.5 in. painted dial has black Roman hour numerals, replaced spade hands, open cutout displaying the alarm indicator disc and signed ÂBrewster & Ingraham, Bristol, Ct. U.S.Â; brass 8 day spring driven movement with count wheel hour strike on a coiled gong, brass covered pendulum bob and separate movement in the base for the alarm mechanism striking on the same gong. In a mahogany steeple style case with turned conical finials, cut and reverse frosted tablet, old overcoated finish with some minor losses & repair to the veneer, in running condition. 20 in. high x 9.5 in. wide x 4 in. deep.

Brewster & Ingraham Steeple Clock: time and gong striking movement with a 5 1/4″ dial. Rosewood and veneer case with a good interior label.
(Has one replaced steeple and the original has a slight separation. The door key slot frame is missing. The dial shows some use, also some of the numbers have been touched up. No key.)
