French movement, beveled glass sides and top all in good condition, on the porcelain face is Bigelow Kennard & Co. Boston, attractive carriage clock with decorated base and top, folding handle on the top of the piece, 5 1/4″ tall by 3 1/2″ wide by 3″ deep. Nice sounding chime to the works. No key with it. There is a faint age crack going from the 9 to the 3 across the face but its hard to see.

19th century black slate case mantel clock for Bigelow Kennard & Co., Boston. Having a Porcelain dial with open escapement, enameled with Roman numerals. Fit with French 8-Day hour and 1/2 hour strike movement by Samuel Marti et Cie, marked “Medaille de Bronze”. Case measures approx. 11-1/2″H x 18-3/4″W x 7-1/2″D. In running condition, case is in good condition with no breaks, repairs or missing mounts.

Bigelow & Kennard Mahogany Bracket Clock. 7 in. silvered dial is signed ÂBigelow, Kennard & Co. with applied gilt brass hour numbers, engraved gilt brass center, pierced brass filigree panel below with 2.5 in. sub dials for ÂSilent, Chime & St. Michael, Wittington, Westminster chimes. Quality brass 8 day triple chain fusee movement striking the indicated chime on a nest of 8 bells, rack of 8 coiled gongs and the hour on a cathedral gong. In a wonderful carved mahogany case with elegant filigree finial, domed top with filigree carved panels, turned corner columns, carved door with beveled glass and carved feet. Case has an excellent original finish, some minor carving losses on the finial and trim work, time mechanism is running and clean though the clock is not striking. 27 in. high x 18 in. wide x 13 in. deep.

Inlaid Mahogany Chime Clock: marked Bigelow Kennard & Co. Boston on the 5″ silver ring dial. The movement is marked W&H over son. There are 4 heavy coiled springs for the chime mechanism. The case has simple satin wood inlay, open work sides and back, brass feet and finials with a metal eagle on its top.
(The time and striek keys are very hard to wind, but it does run. There are several separations in the wood. The dials center is textured, but plain. The cloth lining on the back dorr has a hole in it.)

Brass Time Only Boston Carriage Clock. 2 in. porcelain dial with black Roman hour numerals and blued spade hands, dial has some cracking radiating from the center; quality brass spring driven movement with lever escapement having jeweled pallets and fancy engraved bridges, numbered 724 on the back plate. The fancy brass case has turned finials and spindled gallery with hinged handle, the front pilasters have engraved design; beveled glass panels on the front and sides, one with a minor corner chip. Movement is not running, balance wheel does not swing. 6 in. high x 3.25 in. wide x 2.5 in. deep.
