Banjo Hanging Wall Clock, time only, 7″ painted dial and simulated rosewood case. Movement is original to case and unsigned. Dial is stamped E. Howard & Co Boston. Circa. Late 1800’s.

(Case is in good condition although the glass is discolored and has been re-blacked to keep from further damage. The screw holes where the dial fits indicates something else may have been on for a dial at one time and the dial is old with old paint it looks that possibly the wording has been stamped and then scuffed down to appear old.)

American Signed by Kilbourn & Proctor Banjo Wall Clock, Contemporary, 7 1/2″ painted dial, 8-day, brass weight driven movement, modern reproduction of a Simon Willard Banjo Clock made from plans by a competent cabinet maker using a good quality mechanism, very good condition, movement complete and seems to work fine. Height 33″.
