Two Edwardian inlaid mahogany balloon mantel clocks. The first retailed by Hamilton & Inches, Edinburgh, with silvered Roman chapter ring, moon hands and satinwood crossbanded border, 8.5″ (21.5cm) high, the second with white Roman dial over bat’s wing medallion, 9″ (23cm) high, both with lever platform escapement, together with a small lancet arched clock, (3).Fellows do not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any clocks sold.

1 – Minor dial tarnishing. General scratching and rubbing to case especially to back. 2 – Flaws to dial glass. No rear cover. A 9″ burl walnut “balloon” shaped case timepiece. The dial restored and in overall very good condition, but lacking the pendulum bob. Probably and “Anglo” clock, with an American movement in an English case.
