An early 20th C. mahogany tall case clock having a broken arch top over an ornate brass dial with moonphase movement marked for "Bailey, Banks, & Biddle, Philadelphia", with glass case door and raised on paw feet. Five tubular chimes. Complete with chimes, pendulum, three brass weights, and case key. 95in tall x 28in wide x 17in deep.

An early 20th century long running Banjo clock, retailed by "Bailey, Banks & Biddle, Philadelphia". 1-year triple plate single fusee movement attributed to Carl Werner, Villingen, Germany with large barrel spring and cross bar escapement, a convex Silvered dial and Arabic numerals. Mahogany with Brass Eagle finial over a molded Brass dial door and tapered throat panel with reverse painted glass flanked by shaped Brass side arms, lower door with a reverse painted Naval Battle scene over a shaped drop with carved detail. Original finish with minor wear, replaced finial, minor dial wear, running when cataloged. 44 1/2" high. ESTIMATE $1,500-2,500

Pennsylvania, early 19th century, arched and painted dial signed "Nicholas LeHuray Jr./Phila", eight day brass movement, seconds sweep, and date aperture, fine figured waisted mahogany case, arched hood with carved finials and rosettes, case with inset fluted quarter columns, ogee bracket feet, with period pendulum, two replacement weights, and winder, 101-3/4 in.

John Bailey Mahogany Dwarf Floor Clock. Silvered arched plate signed ÂJohn Bailey, Hanover with 6 in. dial having black incised Roman hour numerals, 5 minute numbers outside, filigree corner spandrels and open moon hands; pierced brass 8 day weight driven movement with hour strike on a bell; movement is unsigned. In a mahogany case with pierced carved crest, turned brass finial, turned side columns on the bonnet with bone mounts. Good condition and original finish, movement is running but not striking, some minor repair to the crest. 46.5 in. high x 11 in. wide x 6 in. deep.
