Ansonia Illuminated Match Strike Alarm Clock: With an 8 day T&S movement; a painted metal dial; an interior label and the pendulum and key. The base has the H. J. Davies label.

The clock winds and runs.

There is a match holder and mechanism for lighting the lamp when the alarm goes off. The top appears to be an addition to the clock but looks to be the same age as the clock. The wick raiser is marked “Patent Applied For”.

The lighter was not tested for working condition.

Gilt Brass Illuminated Dial Carriage Clock. 3 in. frosted glass dial is obverse painted with Roman hour numerals, gilt pierced hands and has a beveled glass set in the bezel; dial is illuminated from behind with a special fitted kerosene lamp inside of the case having a special hinged door in the top for ventilation and on the right for accessing the lamp. Brass time only spring driven movement signed “P.B. Seul, Brevete, S.G.D.G.T” with cylinder escapement in good running condition. In a gilt brass case with engraved top, front and side panels, floral and filigree design on the corners and base with hinged handle on the top. Clock is in excellent condition, clean dial, lamp & case. 7.5 in. high x 5 in. wide x 4 in. deep.

Gilt brass and cut crystal stand with rosettes and round bezel; has a 4.25 in. milk glass dial with black Roman hour numerals on the chapter ring and open black hands. Round brass movement signed on the back “E.G. Zimmermann, Frankfurt A.M.”. Dial is illuminated with a brass candleholder on the back of the case. Clock is in overall good condition with a small chip on the back corner; dial has minor inpainting at the “10” numeral. 12.25 in. high. Weight: 2 lbs.

French Lighthouse Illuminated Annular Clock. 2.75 in. dia. cylindrical milk glass dial is 3 in. high, hand painted with a band of black Roman hour numerals and reed & red striped borders above and below; the glass dial has an open center with seat for a candle under the pierced brass cupola top. Has a small round brass spring driven one day movement with arrow indicator mounted on the front of the case, the pendulum bob swinging behind it and stem wind in the rear. In a cast metal case in the form of a lighthouse tower with naval shield and anchor under star designs on the front over windows and doors with cold painted gilt highlights. In very good condition with no breaks, chips, cracks, repairs or inpainting to the glass, the movement runs and the case has a nice dark original finish. 17 in. high
