Rare Austrian Bronze Mounted Automaton Face Mantel Clock, late 19th c., with a gilt carved eagle surmount over a time, strike and chime drum clock with an enamel chapter ring on a bronze face mounted with relief putti forging arrows, one moving on the strike, flanked by carved giltwood gryphons, over a mirrored "theater" with bronze classical women in the foreground, flanked by mirrored columns, on a stepped bowed base on turned bun feet, with a sunburst pendulum, H.- 27 1/4 in., W.- 17 in., D.- 7 1/4 in.

An early 19th century Austrian Empire Period mantle clock. 8-day brass time and strike movement with porcelain dial and Roman numerals having quarter hour Grand Sonnerie chimes on two coiled gongs. Very decorative gilded wood multi-tier case with decorative vignettes, mirrors, Alabaster columns and Ebonized base in a Period wood and glass showcase. Some wear and minor loss, minor dial flaking, replaced finials, lacks music box from base, running momentarily when cataloged. 24 1/2" high in the case 28 1/2" overall. ESTIMATE $600-800

An early 19th century Austrian Empire Period gallery clock. 8-day spring driven time and strike movement with silk thread suspension, quarter hour Grand Sonnerie striking on two bells, with repeat, convex porcelain dial with Roman numerals, Bronze engine turned bezel and door. Movement marked "Sollner, Wien". Ebonized case with applied gesso and Brass decoration and carved foliated Gilded bezel, hinged glass front door and sliding rear door. Older finish with some wear, replaced pendulum and Brass dial trim, not running when cataloged, loose internal click spring on 1/4 strike. 18 1/2 x 6 x 22 1/2" high. ESTIMATE $600-800
