LeCoultre Perpetual Atmos-V Clock. Rare Model. 4.5 in. painted metal dial with applied gilt brass hour numbers and markers with gilt brass hands; dial signed Jaeger LeCoultre, Atmos. Typical Atmos perpetual movement with torsion pendulum. Case has gilt brass corner framed with reverse decorated black & gold leaf design on glass panels; designed with sailing ships on stormy seas. Rare and attractive clock in like new condition, original box, pamphlets and packing materials; in good running condition, case is signed on the base LeCoultre & Cie, Swiss, Caliber 526-5. 9 in. high x 7 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

Gilt brass, glazed on 4 sides and on the top, polished and brushed, stepped plinth base, leveling screws and spirit level in the base. D. Circular, applied gilt brass triangular and roman numerals. Gilt brass dauphine hands. M. Cal. 526-5, gilt brass, vacuum chamber winding the going barrel, lever escapement driven by annular tension pendulum, locking lever above the pendulum disc, regulator at the top. Case and movement signed. Height 22.5 cm., width 20 cm. Depth 15.5 cm.

The Atmos clock is in a very good condition with minimal signs of age and wear, like tiny surface abrasion and scratches. According to the current owner, it has been completely renovated by Jaeger in 2013. During in house testing, the timepiece was fully functional. No guarantee on long term precision and regularity. The total dimensions measure 23.1 x 21 x 16.5 cm.
