Atkins Drop Octagon Rosewood Regulator. 12 in. painted metal dial has black Roman hour numerals and fancy pierced hands; brass 8 day spring driven time only movement has brass covered pendulum bob and steel rod. In a rosewood drop octagon wall hanging case in original finish with brass door bezel and original glass, lower reverse painted tablet with black background having minor flaking and gilt design, in good condition and original finish. Signed with original paper label on the back of the case for Atkins Clock Company, Bristol, Conn. 25 in. high x 17 in. wide x 4.5 in. deep.

Figured Mahogany case with circular molded top, cast brass bezel and convex glass, carved fan shaped ears and a rounded drop with hinged access door. Recently restored finish, crazing to dial, running when cataloged. 22 1/2" high. ESTIMATE $800-1,200
