Engraved gorge brass case with fully-visible twin-barrel movement. Porcelain dial with sub-alarm dial below. Grand sonnerie (full quarter repeating) chime with strike selector lever beneath. Blued steel Breuget hands. Includes original velvet travel case. A fine, highly decorated timepiece. Stamped “14217 underneath and on back plate. Attributed to Drocourt, Paris.

French Antique Brass Carriage Clock w/Alarm: In a brass case with beveled glass with visual escapement and a full porcelain dial with alarm and seconds bit. The movement is marked “RA”.

(There is a small crack on the top left side of the dial.)
