19th century. Having a movement marked Medaille D'or Paris 1900. Very nicely formed clock having well sculpted case and garnitures. Pendulum is present with the clock. H19" Sold from the collection of a Charleston, South Carolina lady and gentleman.

The elaborate French style spelter case with rococo swirls above the porcelain enamel clock dial flanked by upward reaching cherubs and openings for winding mandrels for the time and strike movement over a waisted portion upon a wide asymmetrical four legged base with even more rococo swirls and floral garland in spelter relief, signed on the movement and the dial.
Measures 13.5 x 9 x 5 inches.
