Ansonia Louis XIV Style Mantle Clock. 3.5 in. porcelain dial has black hour numbers, Ansonia trade mark, black hands and brass bezel with beveled door glass; has a round brass spring driven movement with a coiled gong strike, signed Ansonia Clock Co. In a red enameled iron case with faux boulle inlaid decoration and gilt brass filigree trim and finial. In very good condition, has a chip on the dial. 16.5 in. high x 8.5 in. wide x 5 in. deep.
