Ansonia Single Post Crystal Palace Clock w/Dome: 8 day time with bell strike, original 6″ dial and original Davies Patent pendulum. The case is partially ebonized walnut. With key. The wood finish is original and in good condition.

(The dial is worn. There are scattered small indentations on the wood base, below the dial, all in one area. The strike does not always go, because its release arm touches the large geared wheel behind it. One piece of wood trim on the case’s right side is missing.)

Oval walnut base with glass domed top, cast white metal gilt 8 in. standing figures of a fisherman with net and soldier with rifle, original mirrored back with rosettes at the top corners; 5 in. paper dial (replaced) with black Roman hour numerals, blued spade hands and brass repousse filigree decorated dish style bezel with shell & filigree crest. Pierced brass 8 day spring driven movement singed Ansonia Clock Co. has a count wheel strike on a bell, brass pendulum with 2 jar bob and original Ansonia key. Clock is in very good restored condition. 19 in. high x 14 in. wide x 6 in. deep.
