Chauncey Jerome Mahogany Cottage Clock. 5 in. painted wood dial has black Roman hour numerals, fancy pierced blued hands, dial has a repaired horizontal split; brass time only 30 hour spring driven movement, brass covered pendulum bob. In a mahogany case with reverse painted door glass reading “From C. Jerome, New Haven, Conn.”, overcoated finish; paper label in the back of the case with train scene reads “Chauncey Jerome, New Haven, Conn.”. 12.25 in. high.

Chauncey Jerome Mahogany Cottage Clock. 5 in. painted metal dial has black Roman hour numerals, black painted spade and pointer hands, original dial has some paint loss; dial signed C. Jerome, New Haven, CT. Brass time only spring driven movement, repousse filigree brass covered pendulum bob; movement is inverted with long drop pendulum hanging from the top with crutch pointing upwards and escapement at the bottom of the movement, signed “Chauncey Jerome, New Haven, Conn”. In a mahogany case with dark alligatored finish, original reverse painted door glass having some minor inpainting and overall white paint spatters. 12 in. high.
