Ansonia Beehive Mantle Clock: strike and gong; painted tin dial; top glass is clear; lower glass is so worn it is almost clear. Has pendulum and key. Paper label inside. Owner’s note says Terry and Andrews #395 Beehive.
(Dial is crazed and reset; paint chips around screw areas; case appears refinished; wood cracked around dial.)

Junhans Mahogany Beehive Clock. 5 in. silvered dial is marked Germany, has incised black hour numbers, black spade and pointer hands, sub dials for Chime/Silent and Beat Regulator; brass spring driven movement with a half hour progressive Westminster strike on 5 straight gongs. In a mahogany beehive shaped case with inlay on the crest and brass door with beveled glass; in good working condition, original finish, minor veneer losses on the top front corner. 15 in. high x 10.5 in. wide x 7 in. deep.

Crosby, New York Burl Mahogany Beehive Clock, Circa 1852, 5″ original painted dial, 8-day, brass spring driven movement, an eye-catching light burled case front with a finely detailed original tablet adding to the classically aged painted dial, the reverse of this dial has an apprentice practice dial, preserved to near perfection with only minor veneer loss to bottom edge. Height 19″.
