A 19th century Ansonia "Drop Extra Calendar" model wall clock. 8-day time only movement with simple calendar and month aperture, a painted metal dial and Roman/Arabic numerals. Rosewood case with circular dial door with reverse painted lower door flanked by two dropped finials and shaped lower drop. Interior paper label 50% intact. Older refinishing with minor wear, some veneer damage and repair, dial with some flaking and touch-up to numerals, running when cataloged. 26 1/4" high. ESTIMATE $400-600
