Description
the patinated spelter figure of an Art Nouveau maiden draped in flowers with uplifted arm supporting the French style swing movement, the large blue enamel top globe enclosing the brass eight day movement; the whole raised on a round shaped socle with a red marble base. The statue and base stamped, “Par Aug. Moreau ‘Fleurs de Prentemps.’ ” The swing arm and movement stamped, “R1979.” 37″H x 12″Dia., Circa – 1900.

Ansonia “Arcadia” Ball Swing Clock with Art Nouveau maiden. This French style swing clock is patinated spelter with the globe encasing the brass eight day movement. This clock has been tested and is in working condition keeping accurate time. H. 31″. The globe has three slight dents and minor patina chipping on the woman’s chest.
