American Weight Driven Presentation Banjo Clock. 7.5 inch painted metal dial inscribed “Aaron Willard, Boston” has black Roman hour numerals and pierced blued hands. Brass 8 day weight driven time only movement with T-bridge suspension, brass keystone, long steel pendulum rod with brass covered bob, solid brass pulley and lead weight. In a mahogany wall hanging case having a gilt turned acorn finial, gilt and rope twist framing around the reverse gilt and paint decorated tablet and throat glass, brass door bezel with convex glass, pierced brass side arms and gilt carved lower presentation bracket with turned spheres and acorn finial. Dial has inpainting, signature was added later, bottom of case has weight damage, repair to finish, top finger of the throat is repaired, tablet is over painted. 41 in. high x 10 in. wide x 4 in. deep. Weight: 19 lbs.

Mahogany banjo style case has brass door bezel with convex glass, pierced brass side arms, reverse painted throat glass and scenic reverse painted lower tablet in very good condition with little paint loss and no inpainting, case is in original finish. Missing top pediment and finial. 29 in. high x 10 in. wide x 4 in. deep.

Curtis, ConcordÂ; brass 8 day time only weight driven movement has rectangular plates with arched top, steel pendulum rod with brass covered bob, lock down hardware on the weight baffle, brass pulley & lead weight. The mahogany case has flat framing with cross banded border, brass bezel, pierced brass side arms and brass ball finial; reverse painted glass with replaced throat glass and some inpainting on the tablet witch is painted with the ÂConstitutions EscapeÂ ship battle scene, case has an enhanced original finish. 34 in. high x 10 in. wide x 3.5 in. deep.

Gilt finish is worn from the finial, door & throat framework, throat is glued in place, lower tablet is an old replacement, dial has some flaking & paint loss with some inpainting, the case is refinished and the side arms are not attached. 31 in. high x 10 in. wide x 4 in. deep.

Mahogany banjo case with turned teardrop finial, round door bezel with original glass, beveled throat and door frame with original reverse painted and gilt leaf glasses and scrolling wood side arms. Original finish, has repairs to the side arms, throat glass is cracked in the lower right corner and chip at the tip of the finial. 33 in. high x 10 in. wide x 4 in. deep.
