Riggs, Philada, has original blued open moon hands; brass 8 day, weight driven time only movement with recoil escapement, retaining power, iron weight, wood baffle, brass covered pendulum bob with wood stick. In a keyhole style case with round bezel, and lower door with curved bottom; original black and gilt reverse painted door glass with exposed pendulum, original finish has some surface scratches.
