Gilt Brass 5 Minute Repeater Carriage Clock. Brass dial has a 2.25 in. porcelain chapter ring with black hour numbers, black hands and presentation engraving on the front to ÂMr. & Mrs. Alexander Semple, From Their Friends in Broadbrook, Conn., March 16, 1892Â. Brass spring driven movement has a platform lever escapement in good running condition with half hour strike on a coiled gong and 5 minute repeater buttons on the top and rear of the case. Has a gilt brass case with spiral turned hinged handle at the top and spiral turned corner columns, has beveled glasses on the rear door, front, sides and the top exposing the escapement. Strike mechanism is not working. 7.5 in. high x 4 in. wide x 3.75 in. deep.

French Hour Repeater and Alarm Carriage Clock. Brass case has corner columns, beveled glass on 4 sides and the top, escapement exposed through the top, and repeater button. Black open moon hands, enameled dial w/ black Roman hour numerals, red 5 minute numbers and minute markers on the chapter ring, sub-dial below for the alarm. Quality brass movement w/ silvered lever platform escapement, strikes the hour and once on the half hour on a single coiled gong, in good running condition, though the alarm spring is broken, alarm is not working. 8 in. high x 4 in. wide x 3.5 in. deep.

In a brass case with hinged handle on top, cloisonne enamel borders and beveled glass on the rear door, front, sides and top, exposing the escapement. In an original travel case with original key. Case is in good overall condition with no loss to the enamel, no damage to the glass or dial, strikes and repeats, not running; case has some wear to the leather covering and carrying strap is broken. 6.25 in. high x 3.75 in. wide x 3.25 in. deep. French brass spring driven movement signed “Dent, France 1474” has a platform lever escapement, half hour bell strike with hour repeater button on top of the case and has an alarm mechanism. In a fine gilt bronze case with pierced decorated filigree, hinged handle, winged maiden’s heads and claw feet; beveled glass panels on the front, back and sides, exposing the escapement through the glass top. In good overall condition, runs, strikes, alarm is not working. 7 in. high x 4.75 in. wide x 4.25 in. deep. Weight: 5.75 lbs.

French Silver 1 Minute Repeater Travel Clock. 2.75″ painted metal dial signed “Spaulding & Co., Paris” has black Roman hour numerals and beveled crystal; the spring driven movement is stem wind and stem set, has a repeater button at the top of the case for the minute repeater mechanism which strikes on 2 gong. In a beautiful art deco French hallmarked silver case with original leather bound travel case and removable platform base in spinach green jadeite on turned ball feet; clock can be lifted from the jadeite base and placed in the original travel case which is signed “Spaulding & Co., 36 Av. De L’Opera, Paris”. Clock is running and repeating, silver case, base and travel box are excellent and appear nearly untouched; case missing leather strap handle; silver purity hallmark and makers mark are unclear. On base measures 4.25″ high x 3.25″ wide x 2.25″ deep. Weight: 1.75 lbs.
