Germany, a late 19th century hanging calendar clock, the walnut veneered case with ogee bottom bracket with turned drop, the door with fluted plinths at top and bottom, each with turned drop or finial, and molded top with turned finials, the door with arched glass and backed with black paint and with gold leaf trimmed apertures for the day/ date/ month displays, and for the R/A pendulum, roman numeral white enamel dial with fancy steel hands, and 8 day, two train spring driven movement, striking the hours and half hour on a gong, the calendar correcting for shorter months, but must be manually adjusted on the leap year
