French Bronze and Slate Mantel Clock: With 1/2 hour bell strike and a porcelain dial. The case, which has staggered layers of slate and bronze, is topped with an ancient scholar.

The support on the interior of the case has an unreadable name – Moire(?).

Ornate French Slate & Bronze Mantel Clock: With gong strike movement, No. 2205. The case has a cast bronze scene of a Roman parade with horse drawn chariots, elephants, merchants and others above and below the dial.
