A turn of the century French brass table clock. 8-day time only movement with silk thread suspension, brass dial with cast floral bezel, Roman numerals and foliate center medallion. Cast brass case with molded top and mask crest, Lions mask side handles and molded base with paw feet, on a Ebonized wooden base with glass dome. Some wear, base re-painted, running when cataloged. Clock 11" high 18" overall. ESTIMATE $600-800

French Brass Crystal Regulator. The porcelain dial has black painted hour numbers and a gilt bezel; French round brass 8 day spring driven movement signed ÂMade in France, 25849. In a gilt brass case with urn and flame center finial, corner finials, and two turned columns on each side; beveled glass on the rear door, front door and sides. Replaced pendulum.

French Brass Clock: marked H.C. Laresche a’Paris on its 4″ porcelain dial. The time and bell striking movement with silk string suspension is not marked. A small pendulum hangs behind the clocks stem.
(The decoration finial on top is missing; the dial is chipped by the key and screw hole.)

3 Pc. French Marble & Brass Clock Set. Large black marble case with round top, round shoulder mounts and side corbels having inlaid rouge marble panels and gilt brass mounts, spiral columns and pineapple finials; beveled glass front panel exposes the swinging pendulum. 4.5 in. silvered dial with brass inset center, signed ÂE. Le Comte, a GisorsÂ, has an exposed Brocot escapement with jeweled pallets and blued hands and brass door bezel with beveled crystal; typical round French brass 8 day spring driven movement signed ÂVincenti & CieÂ, has an half hour strike on a bell and quality 2 jar mercurial compensating pendulum. Case has some minor chipping and repairs, black enamel painted front and sides, has a repaired crack in the bell and losses to the rear brass door, in nice restored condition. With a matching pair of side pieces measuring 11 in. high x 8.5 in. wide x 7 in. dia. Clock measures 20 in. high x 16.5 in. wide x 7 in. deep. Weight: 80 lbs.
