Circa 1880 French A D Mougin 8 day Mantel Clock with 3.5″ Excellent original enamel dial, Original spring driven brass movement with bell strike, A well made four column Portico clock with gilt metal accents and sunburst pendulum. Marti 1900 Green Onyx Mantel Clock: The bell striking movement is No. 808 and it supports a 2 tube, live mercury pendulum. The dial has visible escapement. The onyx case has an applied bronze or brass plate below the dial. There is a scene of 5 young cherubs at play.

With half hour and hour strike, the clock is running and striking at this time.

(The heavy beveled glass window for the front has a chip on the upper right edge of the glass. The left front corner of the case is missing a large chip.)

Green Onyx & Bronze French Mantel Clock: With No. 4490 on the gong striking movement and a fancy fretwork cover on the dial. The case is light green with veins of caramel color and added bronze adornment.

The clock will run and strike at this time.

(The pendulum may not be right to keep the clock going steadily. There has been a bit of a vein separation with one piece of the back of the top being puttied into place.)
