Birge & Fuller Double Steeple Mantle Clock. 5.25 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, black spade & pointer hands and open center exposing the escapement; Ives patent pierced brass 8 day movement signed ÂBirge & Fuller, Bristol, Conn., USAÂ, powered by a wagon spring mechanism in the bottom of the case, has an hour strike on a coiled gong and a brass covered pendulum bob. In a mahogany double steeple case with conical turned spire finials, turned bun feet, reverse cut glass and frosted floral basket door glass and lower tablet; signed on a paper label ÂPatent Accelerating Lever Spring  Birge & Fuller, Bristol, Conn.Â. In nice condition and original finish, running. 27.25 in. high x 13.25 in. wide x 4 in. deep. Weight: 14.5 lbs.

A mid 19th century American Double steeple shelf clock by Birge & Fuller, Bristol Conn. 8-day “Wagon Spring” time and strike movement stamped “Birge & Fuller, Bristol Conn”. Mahogany double steeple case with original Cut glass tablets in upper and lower doors. Older refinishing with minor veneer repair and some small chips. 27 1/2″ high.

Birge & Fuller Detached Fusee Double Steeple Mantle Clock. Original 5 in. painted metal dial has black Roman hour numerals, fancy hands and cutout center exposing the escapement; brass double detached fusee spring driven movement with hour strike on a coiled gong, brass pendulum bob, movement and paper label in the back of the case are signed Birge & Fuller, Bristol, Conn. In a mahogany double steeple case with 2 turned spires on either side of the case and turned feet, original reverse painted lower tablet and door glasses, center glass is cracked, overcoated finish, few minor chips to the tips of the spires, 2 columns on the left side are turned in oak. 26 in. high x 13.75 in. wide x 3 in. deep.
