In a mahogany banjo style case with gilt brass eagle finial, brass door bezel, pierced brass side arms, presentation lower bracket with fluted carving, turned spherical mounts and acorn teardrop finial; reverse painted throat glass with gilt filigree, reverse painted tablet view of the Mt. Vernon estate. In good condition, running and striking, original finish. 32 in. high x 8 in. wide x 3 in. deep.
