The Belgian cast brass table clock from around 1850 features a distinctive look with its bronze elefant figurine. The casing is carried on the animal’s back and is crowned by an amphora. The figurine stands on a rectangular, red marble base.
The table clock is in very good condition with minor signs of age. It starts running and comes with a key. The dimensions are 38 x 22 x 12 cm (height x width x depth), the dial has a diameter of 12.5 cm. The clock ran perfectly during a short-time test; but long term precision and regularity cannot be guaranteed. (ggo)

An early 20th century Gustav Becker 400 day table clock. Brass time only movement with convex porcelain dial and Arabic numerals, with rotary pendulum. Serial #2136713 with Becker anchor mark and "Medaille D'or" stamps on backplate. Mahogany case with a molded top and base, arched beveled glasses. An unusual late 18th century English “Drum head” table clock by Thomas Benbow, Northwood. 8-day time only fusee movement with crown wheel escapement and “Cow-tail” pendulum, and a painted dial marked “Thos. Benbow Northwood” and engraved on back plate. Walnut case with rare “Drum head” pedestal base and circular upper section with molded front and rear doors. In running condition. Older refinishing with some wear and minor damage, lower base replaced. 15″ high.
