The clock is in a good condition according to age, showing minor wear marks. During a short-term test, the clock started running, but long-term precision and functionality cannot be guaranteed. The size of the cabinet is circa 42.5 x 23 x 14.5 cm. (cko)

Figural dore bronze case having a serpentine front with reclining putti figures on the top, one blowing a horn, the center has a large net overflowing with fish, piled on top with a bugle, game bird, basket and oak branches, has a leaf and ribbon crest over the dial; the case front is inset with 4 serpentine porcelain plaques 2 with young figural putti and the lower plaques with filigree. 3.5 in. porcelain dial signed ÂRaingo Freres, a ParisÂ, has blue Roman hour numerals and black 5 minute numbers, fancy pierced gilt hands and convex beveled door glass; typical round French brass 8 day spring driven silk thread movement signed ÂRaingo Freres, Paris has an half hour count wheel strike on a single bell. In good overall condition, dial has hairlines, one lower porcelain insert is repaired. 12.5 in. high x 17 in. wide x 5 in. deep.
