Below is a double dial calendar mechanism with the dial on the left indicating days of the week and dial on the right indicating the date, mechanism is controlled by the time movement. In a rosewood case with pierced carved crest, beaded trim and fancy brass and mother of pearl inlays; has a matching set of side urns. 16 in. high

Inlaid Rosewood Vienna Regulator. 9.5 in. inset porcelain dial has black Roman hour numerals on the chapter ring, sub seconds dial in the inset center, pierced & blued hands, brass bezel and dial signed ÂJacob Weber, In WeinÂ. Brass, 8 day time only weight driven movement has dead-beat escapement, maintaining power, long pendulum with ebonized wood stick, large brass covered bob and quality weight and pulley. In a beautiful rosewood case with pierced carved floral and filigree crest and corner finials, brass & mother of pearl inlays on the frieze and door columns with standing figural armored soldiers at the tops of the columns; the backboard of the case is heavily inlaid with figures, fruit, branches, filigree and borders using brass, mother of pearl, select woods and ivory, in excellent condition and original finish. the finest example we have seen. 73 in. high x 21 in. wide x 10 in. deep.

Inlaid Rosewood Carriage Clock. Porcelain dial has a 3.5 in. chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals and pierced black hands. Brass 8 day spring driven movement has a platform lever escapement with helical spring, in good running condition, balance swings freely with nice brisk motion; count wheel strike mechanism strikes the hour and once on the half hour on a bell. The rosewood case has brass inlaid borders, sliding beveled glass front door, glass side panels and escapement exposed through a beveled glass in the top of the case; has a hinged brass handle on the top. Case has a cleaned and polished finish, has some warping, stress cracks and minor losses to the inlays due to age, front glass panel has chips in the corners. 12 in. high x 7.5 in. wide x 5.5 in. deep.

A Regency brass-inlaid rosewood bracket clock by Moses Levin, Royal Exchange, London, circa 1820. Having an 8″ arched white-painted Roman dial inscribed “M,, Levin Royal Exchange LONDON”, with moon hands beneath Strike/Silent ring, the chain-driven twin-fusee movement with shouldered plates having engraved borders framing engraved inscription as above, the break-arched case with melon finial over stepped circular podium surmount, the brass front with canted corners, fluted frieze and plinth with brass ball feet, the sides with ring handles over lancet sound frets with brass tracery, one side with pull-repeat cord, 25″, (64cm) high.
