Large bronze figure of a woman, Pandora, seated on a plinth with lionÂs head on the side, she wears a loose dress and an open box lays beside her; on a dark brown polished marble base with bronze mounts and feet, unsigned. 5.5 in. black marble dial with gilt incised Roman hour numerals, gilt brass center and brass hands; large round French brass 8 day spring driven movement signed ÂS. Marti & CieÂ, has an half hour strike on a bell, in running condition, has key and pendulum, case is in excellent condition, missing rear door. 25.5 in. high x 18 in. wide x 9 in. deep. Weight: 69.75 lbs.
French Figural Marble & Bronze Mantle Clock. Bronze seated figure of a winged putti holding a large drum hanging from a ribbon, the drum rests on his left hip and in the right hand holds a hammer to beat the drum; has a beautiful gilt finish, on a white marble base with applied leafy filigree decorations and stands on turned feet. The dial and movement are contained in the drum, the porcelain dial measures 3.5 in. dia. With painted hour numbers and fancy gilt pierced hands; has a typical, round, brass, spring driven movement signed Samuel Marti, a half hour countwheel strike mechanism and strikes on a steel bell. 12 in. high.

French Figural Mantle Clock. 5 in. relief brass dial with porcelain hour inserts with black Roman numerals, door bezel with convex glass; typical round French brass movement with half hour bell strike, signed P. Letourneur. In a white metal case with large figural maiden seated on top of the clock tower, a putti stands beside her holding up a bowl of fruit, the large base has filigree design with claw feet and seated putti on the front corners. In good condition. 28 in. high x 21 in. wide x 8 in. deep.
