19th century New Haven banjo clock, mahogany case, eagle finial, original pendulum, 40" H x 12" W. Cracked glass panel on throat, working condition. Provenance: The Waldingfield collection of Arthur Finkelstein and Don Curiale, Ipswich, Massachusetts.

Sessions Banjo Clock w/Eagle Finial: 8 day time with half hour gong strike and 6 1/2″ celluloid dial. Both glass plates are reverse painted. Spring wound, no weights. In a mahogany case.

(It ticks 2 or 3 times, then quits. The dial has a bit of staining.)
